All the objects sold on terre-brute.com are made or customized by hand at our atelier in Paris, France. Every piece is unique and no two are the same. We cherish any imperfections that may appear as a result of the artisanal process through which the pieces are created, and we hope you will too.

SHIPPING POLICY

All objects are shipped in 100% recyclable material, and double boxed.

​

RETURNS (EU only)

 

A notice of your request for a return must be sent within 14 days of receiving a piece purchased directly through terre-brute.com. For a return to be accepted, the object must be clean and undamaged. Please contact us prior to shipping back the item at terre.brute@gmail.com. Return costs are at your own discretion.

We don’t currently support international returns.

DAMAGED OR BROKEN GOODS

 

As every piece sold on terre-brute.com is unique and handmade, we cannot offer replacement for a damaged or broken item.

A refund will be considered if your piece arrives damaged or broken as a result of transportation. Please send a photo of the condition the piece arrived in, in it's packaging, and any evidence of mishandling by the carrier so that we have it for insurance purposes. Claims must be made within 10 days of the package arriving.

INTERNATIONAL VAT & CUSTOMS DUTY

 

If you are purchasing from a country whose borders charge duty to imported merchandise, you will be requested to pay for this import fee by the postal service.

If you refuse to pay duty and the piece is shipped back to us and arrives safely, we will refund you for the piece minus any additional cost of return shipping. If the package is abandoned because duty is not accepted we are unable to refund you for the lost goods. If the piece is returned damaged or broken we will not be able to refund you for the lost goods.
